Diabetes Tool app for iPhone and iPad

This educational tool is intended for Health Care Professionals (HCPs) to help those diagnosed with diabetes better understand the disease. Developed by AANP with support from Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Lilly USA, LLC, this educational tool includes content for patients as well as notes for the HCP to assist them in educating patients. In the patient content section, the HCP moves forward by swiping left and backwards by swiping right. To access the notes, the HCP should swipe up and then back down again to return to the patient content.
